Window Cleaning

Window cleaning is an integral part of KGB’s cleaning offering. We provide site based operatives to mobile window cleaning teams based on our customers building requirements and specification.

We aim to provide an efficient, safe and high-quality window cleaning service and are always include all Health & Safety requirements to remove any risks by undertaking site specific method statements and risk assessments when working at height.

We provide window cleaning to some of the UK’s most prestigious and demanding buildings and adopt a variety of solutions including high-level abseiling, cradle-based access equipment, mobile alloy towers and mobile elevating working platforms. Whatever the challenge,  KGB have the solution in the following areas to meet your needs.

• Reach and wash: We can clean your windows without having to leave the ground utilising water fed pole systems. Our vans carry poles that will access up to 80ft.
• Traditional ladders: We use ladders in situations where other means of access or water fed poles are not suitable e.g. low-level windows, tight access situations and inside building cleaning.
• Access platforms: We utilise a range of different types of static, self-propelled and vehicle mounted booms, lifts and platforms. Our truck mounted access platforms can reach as high as 52 metres.
• Cradles: If your building has a cradle runway system, then our fully trained window operatives utilise the building cradle to clean all windows.
• Rope access: Specialist high-level cleaning where no other options are available other than using the abseiling technique. This skilled work is carried out by highly trained and certified operatives who meet all health & safety requirements.

We understand that our responsibilities stretch beyond cleaning alone. Our highly skilled operatives are fully trained to all levels of IRATA, including customer service training and will efficiently carry out their work without affecting customer’s staff and building visitors.

KGB’s technical services teams are continuously trained in Health and Safety when carrying out high level window cleaning services and their competence is regularly tested at the required levels. We undertake site specific method statements and risk assessments for each building prior to any work being undertaken.
