Kevan Brown
Founder & CEO
With a career spanning over 40 years in the cleaning and facilities management sector, Kevan brings a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership experience, and entrepreneurial vision to his role as CEO of KGB Cleaning & Support Services.
Kevan began his professional journey in retail management before moving into senior leadership positions within several major UK cleaning and FM organisations. Recognising a gap in the market for a more agile, customer-focused provider, he founded KGB in 1994, initially specialising in commercial office cleaning.
Tony O'Shea
Managing Director
With nearly 15 years as a key member of the leadership team at KGB, Tony brings a strategic, systems-led approach to operations management. He oversees all divisional business performance, customer satisfaction, and health & safety while being NEBOSH accredited and working to the principle of doing things “the right way.”
Tony began his career in finance before transitioning into the cleaning industry, where he initially spent 19 years at Pall Mall Cleaning. There, he trained in various operational roles and qualified as an Internal Auditor for BSI’s BS5750 (now ISO 9000). His tenure coincided with the company’s dramatic growth from £8 million to £115 million, supporting high-profile customers such as Shell, KPMG, PwC, and HSBC.
Asleem Elahee
Finance Director
Asleem has served as Finance Director with KGB since 2009, bringing over 25 years of financial and accounting expertise to the business. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holder of an MBA in Finance, Asleem is a seasoned finance professional with a strong track record across both large corporate environments and SME operations.
At KGB, Asleem is responsible for all financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic oversight of the company’s finances. His deep expertise and leadership have been instrumental in supporting the organisation’s sustainable and operational resilience. Since joining the business, he has successfully led initiatives in change management, restructuring, outsourcing, virtualisation, and contractual negotiations.
Farah Pandey
Commercial Director
Since joining KGB in 2008, Farah Pandey has played a pivotal role in the company’s sustained growth and operational success. As Commercial Director, she leads the strategic direction of KGB’s commercial operations, overseeing finance, HR, compliance, and project delivery to ensure alignment with both customer and organisational goals.
Farah’s expertise spans financial planning, budget management, contract mobilisation, accreditation processes, and team leadership. She is instrumental in shaping scalable, compliant, and people-focused systems that support service excellence across a diverse customer base. Her deep understanding of both operational detail and big-picture strategy ensures that KGB’s commercial approach remains agile, efficient, and future-ready.
Ella Brown
Company Secretary & Director
Ella Brown has been an integral part of KGB since its formation in 1994. As Company Secretary and Director, she brings over 30 years of experience in operational management, compliance, and business support functions within the cleaning and facilities management sector.
Ella possesses extensive industry knowledge, particularly in the unique demands and evolving standards of the cleaning and FM landscape. Her expertise extends to the development of employment policies and procedures, where she has played a pivotal role in introducing enhanced terms and benefits for KGB employees which includes supporting staff wellbeing, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
