Our Leadership
Kevan Brown
Founder & CEO
With a career spanning over 40 years in the cleaning and facilities management sector, Kevan Brown brings a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership experience, and entrepreneurial vision to his role as CEO of KGB Cleaning & Support Services.
Kevan began his professional journey in retail management before moving into senior leadership positions within several major UK cleaning and FM organisations. Recognising a gap in the market for a more agile, customer-focused provider, he founded KGB in 1994, initially specialising in commercial office cleaning.
Under his leadership, KGB has grown into a respected national provider, delivering services across high-profile and complex environments. His track record includes overseeing prestigious contracts at Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, the Tate Gallery, and many other iconic UK sites.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Kevan remains an integral part of the senior team and brings daily oversight and strategic direction to the business. He is a firm believer in simplifying operations to deliver exceptional service, often saying: “we forget to do the simple things well, and make the difficult things unnecessarily complicated.”
Driven by a passion for quality, innovation, and customer service, Kevan is committed to ensuring KGB continues to evolve, thrive, and exceed customer expectations well into the future.
Outside of work, Kevan enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, solving Sudoku puzzles, and exploring new destinations through travel.
